Position: Coordinator
Role: Academic Coordinator; HR Coordinator; Admin Coordinator. Reports to Dean Academics.

Job Description
  • Academics: Coordinating all academics activities like class scheduling; faculty coordination; Test coordination; Result coordination; Academic discipline management etc.
  • HR: Recruitment; Attendance; leave; rescheduling resources; monitoring and reporting employees job responsibilities etc
  • Admin: General discipline at Institute monitoring students; employees; resource facility usage and management
Candidate Profile Required
  • 2-5 years of Experience in HR/Admin expected
  • Experience of working in Educational setup will be added advantage
  • MBA will be preferred but not essential
  • This is a highly responsible job and the person should be able to handle the responsibility with integrity.
  • Self Motivated and Initiative taker.
  • Should be able to match timings in a way that classes; faculty and employees are monitored correctly.
  • Should be a go getter as he will have to interact with each and every person of the Institute.
  • Pleasant personality and friendly attitude is must. At the same time strictness required for discipline is also must.
