Choosing where your child prepares matters as much as choosing what to prepare. These five questions can help your family decide.
1. How much structure does my child need?
On ICAD's residential campus the routine is fixed: lectures, supervised solving, self-study, meals and rest follow a timetable. When a student prepares from home, the student and family manage the routine.
2. Who keeps an eye on daily progress?
On the campus every student is monitored closely. At home, the family arranges supervision.
3. How are phones and screens handled?
The campus has firm limits on phones and recreational screens. At home, the student manages personal use.
4. How is the day used?
A campus routine is built around preparation. At home, the student coordinates daily tasks along with study.
5. What does the family feel comfortable with?
Living away from home is a big step. Visit the campus, see the rooms and the dining hall, and meet the team before deciding.
